Sealing: The replaceable seat ensures a bubble-tight shutoff, critical for isolating flow or preventing leaks.
Replaceable seat Design: Allows the seat to be replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. It can ensure a tight seal against the disc, preventing leakage when the valve is closed.
CF8M Disc: CF8M is a cast stainless steel (316 stainless steel equivalent), offering excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and suitability for harsh environments.
Lug Design: The valve has threaded lugs, enabling it to be bolted between flanges or used as an end-of-line valve with only one flange. This design supports easy installation and removal.
DN250 (Nominal Diameter): Equivalent to a 10-inch valve, suitable for large-diameter pipelines.
PN10 (Pressure Nominal): Rated for a maximum pressure of 10 bar (approximately 145 psi), appropriate for low to medium-pressure systems.
Operation: Can be operated manually (via lever or gear) or with actuators (electric or pneumatic) for automated systems. The lug design often includes an ISO 5211 mounting pad for actuator compatibility.
Temperature Range: Depends on the seat material (e.g., EPDM: -20°C to 130°C; PTFE: up to 200°C). CF8M discs handle a wide temperature range, typically -50°C to 400°C, depending on the system.
