A      Yes, We can change the form of the packaging and transportation according to your request, but you have to bear their own costs incurred during this period and the spreads.

Q     Can I request fast delivery?

A      Yes, if we have stocks.

Q     Can I have my own Logo on the product?

A      Yes, you can send us your logo drawing, we’ll put it on the valve.

Q     Can you produce the valve according to my own drawings?

A      Yes.

Q     Do you accept custom design on size?

A      Yes.

Q     What's your terms of payment?

A      T/T, L/C.

Q     What is your transportation method?

A      By sea, by air mainly, we also accept express delivery.

Q     What are the design principles of your products?

A      ZFA butterfly valves are designed to strike an optimal balance between sealing reliability and operating torque, minimizing torque while ensuring a secure seal.

The valve seat geometry is optimized to ensure uniform pressure distribution between the disc and the seat, thereby guaranteeing stable bi-directional sealing performance.

Precision machining of the disc edge reduces operating torque, while rounded corners minimize wear on the seat during opening and closing cycles.

For the replaceable seat design, the seat is securely fixed within the valve body, facilitating quick on-site replacement and significantly lowering maintenance costs. Specifically for the PN25 series, we have not only improved the seat design but also reinforced critical stress-bearing areas of the valve body to enhance pressure-bearing capacity and service life.

Additionally, we place great emphasis on material compatibility. From seat materials like EPDM, NBR, PTFE, and silicone to components made of stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, and ductile iron, every configuration is carefully selected to meet specific pressure, temperature, and corrosion resistance requirements.

Q     Can your products feature the customer's logo?

A      Certainly. We offer OEM services; please refer to https://zfavalves.com/blog/zfa-valve-oem-odm-process/ for details on the customization process.

Q     Can your products be distinguished from those of other manufacturers?

A      Yes, absolutely. The molds used for our products result in a visual appearance that differs significantly from most products on the market; even where there are superficial similarities, distinct details set our products apart.

Q     What differentiates your products from those of competitors?

A      *Compared to standard butterfly valves on the market, ZFA valves prioritize durability, sealing reliability, and application flexibility.

To cite the data: our in-house cycle tests consistently exceed 20,000 cycles.
Tests conducted by customers have reached 25,000 cycles.
*Regarding pressure resistance, while many soft-seated butterfly valves are limited to PN16 or PN20 ratings, ZFA valves can achieve a PN25 rating while maintaining reliable sealing performance.
*Material flexibility is another key advantage. We offer a wide range of material combinations for valve bodies, discs, stems, and seats, enabling customers to select the optimal configuration for their specific operating conditions.
In addition to standard materials like ductile iron, stainless steel, and WCB, we can provide customized body materials such as LCC, LCB, and titanium.
Seat materials include PTFE, EPDM, Viton, NBR, Hypalon, and silicone.
Disc materials include ductile iron (coated with Nylon, Nickel, PFA, PTFE, or EPDM), WCB, LCB/LCC, CF8/CF8M/CF3/CF3M, 2205/2507/95400/95500/95800, titanium, and others.
*Furthermore, every valve undergoes pressure and sealing tests before leaving the factory to ensure consistent and reliable quality.

Q     How long does it take for your company to develop a mold?

A      10–15 days.

Q     Do you charge a mold fee? How much is it? Is it refundable, and if so, how?

A      Whether a fee is charged depends on the order value. However, please rest assured that even if a mold fee is charged, it can be deducted from the payment for goods once formal orders reach a certain threshold, or a percentage of the mold fee can be deducted from each individual order.

Q     What certifications does your company hold?

A      We hold certifications such as ISO9001, CE, and WRAS.

Q     How do you maintain your molds on a daily basis?

A      After each use:

*Clean the mold surface: remove metal chips/debris from body/disc molds, and clear rubber residue, dust, and oil stains from seat molds.
* Inspect for clear lettering/markings and check for overall wear, scoring, scratches, or corrosion spots; repair immediately if any issues are found.
* Spray anti-rust oil on molds that are not frequently used. For molds out of service for extended periods, thoroughly clean and oil them, wrap them in anti-rust paper, and store them in a dry environment away from direct sunlight.
