Product Advantage

The butterfly valve is concentric type with wafer connection on each side, can be connected with PN 10/16, JIS 5K/10K and 150 LB connection standard. The material mainly uses ductile iron, but we also can produce WCB, SS304, SS316(L) etc. It has two ways sealing on both side, so there’s no flow direction restriction.

Our valve connection standards include DIN, ASME, JIS, GOST, BS etc, It’s easy for customers to choose the suitable valve, help our customers reduce their stock.

The ingenious wedge design enables the valve to automatically seal when it is closed and tightened, with compensation and zero leakage between sealing surfaces.

The valve body use GGG50 material, has higher mechanical property, rate of spheroidization more than 4 class, makes the ductility of the material more than 10 percent. Compare to regular cast iron, it can suffer higher pressure.

Our valve seat use imported nature rubber, with more than 50% of rubber inside. The seat has a good elasticity property, with long service life. It can be open and close more than 10,000 times with no damage for the seat.

The wafer type concentric butterfly valve adopts plug-in valve seat, streamline valve disc and solid stem to valve plate connection, which is convenient for use in many industrial applications such as food and beverage, pulp and paper making, chemical industry, mining, water treatment, power plant, etc.

Each valve should be cleaned by ultra-sonic cleaning machine, in case of contaminant left inside, guarantee the cleaning of the valve, in case of pollution to the pipeline.

Bolts and nuts use ss304 material, with higher rust protection capability.

Butterfly valve pin use modulation type, high strength, wear-resisting and safe connection.
