Product Advantage

The stem nut of the rising stem gate valve is set on the valve cover or bracket. When the valve is opened and closed, the stem is lifted and lowered by rotating the screw nut. In this structure, the thread of the valve stem is not in contact with the medium, and is not easily corroded by the medium, and at the same time, it is beneficial to the lubrication of the thread part of the valve stem.

Advantages of gate valve:

1) Small fluid resistance;

2) Small torque required for opening and closing;

3) It can be used on the ring pipeline where the medium flows in two directions, that is to say, the flow direction of the medium is not restricted;

4) When fully opened, The sealing surface is eroded by the working medium and is smaller than the globe valve。5) The shape is relatively simple, and the manufacturing process is good.

6) The structure length is relatively small. Usually, the pipeline with a nominal size larger than DN50 is used as the device to cut off the medium
