Product Advantage

Our valve connection standards include DIN, ASME, JIS, GOST, BS etc., it’s easy for customers to choose the suitable valve, help our customers reduce their stock.

Our valve seat use imported nature rubber, with more than 50% of rubber inside. The seat has a good elasticity property, with long service life. It can be open and close more than 10,000 times with no damage for the seat.

Each valve should be cleaned by ultra-sonic cleaning machine, in case of contaminant left inside, guarantee the cleaning of the valve, in case of pollution to the pipeline.

Bolts and nuts use ss304 material, with higher rust protection capability.

Non-pin stem design adopts anti-blowout structure, the valve stem adopt double jump ring, not only can compensate the error in installation, but also can stop the stem being blow off.

The valve adopts epoxy powder painting process, thickness of the powder is 250um at least. Valve body should be heating 3 hours under 200℃, powder should be solidified for 2 hours under 180℃.

Body Test: The valve body test use 1.5 times pressure than standard pressure. The test should be done after installation, the valve disc is half close, called body pressure test. The valve seat uses 1.1 times pressure than standard pressure.

ZFA Valve strictly execute API598 standard, we do both side pressure testing for all the valve 100%, guarantee deliver 100% quality valves to our customers.

The valve body adopt GB standard material, there’re total 15 processes from iron to valve body.

The quality inspection from the blank to the finished product is 100% guaranteed.

The sleeve bearing is self-lubricating type, so the friction of the stem is small so you can open and close the valve tightly.
