Product Advantage
The wafer-type valve body can be installed between PN6, PN10, PN16, ANSI 150 or JIS 5K/10K flanges, suitable for various pipeline standards. Its small size and light weight simplify installation in space-constrained systems.
Compared with soft-back valve seats, hard-back valve seats are less prone to deformation. However, hard-back valve seats are not as replaceable as soft-back valve seats.
The valve body is made of ductile iron to ensure corrosion resistance and is suitable for various media such as water, air or weak chemicals.
CF8M disc offers excellent resistance to chemicals, water, steam, oils, and mildly corrosive media, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Approvals and Standards: Meets standards such as EN 593 (design), ISO 5752 (face-to-face distance), and API/ANSI/DIN/JIS flange compatibility.
