Product Description
Pneumatic actuators adopt double piston structure, with high precision and effective, and stable output torque.
Body Test: The valve body test use 1.5 times pressure than standard pressure. The test should be done after installation, the valve disc is half close, called body pressure test. The valve seat uses 1.1 times pressure than standard pressure.
Suitable Media: Wafer and other neutral medium, working temperature from -20 to 120℃, the application of the valve can be municipal construction, wafer conservancy project, water treatment etc.

All valve body casted by precise casting body, DI, WCB, Stainless Steel and many other materials, with perfect appearance, each batch has its casting stove number, easy to trace for material protection.
The valve body adopt GB standard material, there’re total 15 processes from iron to valve body.
Our valve stem is stainless steel material, the strength of the valve stem is better after tempering, reduce the transformation possibility of valve stem.
The quality inspection from the blank to the finished product is 100% guaranteed.
The valve body made of ductile iron, ss304, WCB, SS316(L) etc., it has great mechanical performance when used in high pressure condition.
The sleeve bearing is self-lubricating type, so the friction of the stem is small so you can open and close the valve tightly.
